Here at Yoga Blurb I want to help you to “Bring Yoga to Life” not only by introducing you to a well rounded yoga practice but by also giving you the knowledge and confidence to practice in your daily life.
Yoga Blurb started off as a personal Yoga, Fitness & Wellness blog and now offers classes both in person and online, workshops and corporate/group options.
Come along with me on this journey as we strive to “Bring Yoga to Life”. Hopefully we can learn from each other on the way.
